There was a slight problem with the room safe on the first day but the receptionist + engineer fixed it within the day.
The hotel is clean and tidy, it could use some soundproofing as the noise from the adjoining rooms and the room is easily accessible from the outside, I wouldn’t expect to have a shower for the people next door here.. but I might. On the plus side it’s located by a metro station making it very easy to get around the city, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is plentiful.

I can’t believe some joints can get away with serving substandard food for extortionate prices. I mean chicken biryani, karahi chicken curry, keema curry full of salt! Imagine when you had a toothache and wanted to gargle with salt water…that’s what those foods tasted like. I would have given it one star, but could I have complained to the manager and seen what the response was? So, two stars from me, I hate to think what my other seven colleagues wrote… The environment was also dark and gloomy. Avoid this place! Pit-Stop 530 High Rd, Seven Kings, Ilford IG3 8EG The BigMac was the real deal. Defoe a 9/10. However, everything else, including the selection of sauces and drinks, was below bog standard! Hotel Travel Park Lisboa Av. alms Reis 64, 1150-020 Lisboa, Portugal Came to Lisbon with my wife and 15 month old son for 5 nights and Travel Park Hotel was the perfect place to stay. Our room was comfortable and equipped with all the essential toiletries and a daily fresh bedding option. Breakfast was good and the staff (mainly Indian) even catered to my son’s needs by providing him with a high chair. We asked several times for our bottle to be filled for my son’s bottle and this never bothered the staff. The reception staff were also very professional and really friendly (sorry I forgot your names, the lady with the wavy glasses and the gentleman with the glasses). The hotel is a minute away from Anjos station, but if you don’t mind walking Interdente and Martin Monez are a few minutes walk away. Martin Mones has a couple of good Bengali restaurants, so we mainly ate there as they catered to our halal diet. Also, we found souvenirs to be much cheaper at Martin Mones than anywhere else in the area. My family and I used the metro station, which was easy to navigate but traveling with a toddler in a stroller, we found the bolt cabs (download the app) to be our lifesavers because the app already displayed the price and the drivers. Always around to pick us up and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bolt cab. From our hotel, to the bolt drivers who served in the restaurants, we were truly humbled by the humility and genuine kindness shown by the people of Lisbon. Thank you.

Hotel is good, good room, attentive staff and well located. There is reasonably priced parking, although you can park for free on the street at night and on weekends. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel where you can bring water, fruits, snacks and drinks.

A great experience. Stayed four nights, rooms were well sized with en-suite. New build/renovated clean look to the hotel and its rooms. 15 minutes walk from the city center (Rosio). Located next to Anjos metro station, the hotel is perfect for starting your journey through Lisbon. There was a slight problem with the room safe on the first day but the receptionist + engineer fixed it within the day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable well located hotel accommodation in Lisbon.

Good hotel with good breakfast, the front desk manager is very rude from the first day. I ask him some information and he only gives us a map which is not very helpful. On the last day he charges me 12€ for city tax and parking and he told me he has to pay because the machine doesn’t work and I pay and left my email for the receipt because the printer doesn’t work. A week later and I still don’t have my receipt. I went to the breakfast room and saw people paying by card when payment was cash only, a very strange payment.
