Not impressed, no sympathy for the customer. A $160 dollar deposit is wasted from an accidental click not knowing it’s a third party travel agency working through another travel agency (Expedia, etc.). Uncertainty and friends with negative reviews and bad experiences are too risky to let us travel with our two children, not knowing what will happen once our hotel experience arrives.

Great! Great deals! I was a little scared initially because the hotel didn’t find my reservation, called customer service, they told me it would take some time, get back to the hotel in 24-48 hours. I did and everything was perfect! The people in customer service are trying to help me.
I engaged TravelUp through a multi-purpose venue. The price was quite attractive. Then I found out that I had to pay for the hotel stay a week before my arrival. It sounded fishy enough to me. I checked that a room was reserved for me and felt that everything was being handled appropriately. In the end, everything was perfect. Their website was a little off when I tried to pay, but eventually all issues were resolved. Would I use them again? Yes…if the price is right.
It worked great! Got an amazing deal and no problems checking in when I got to the resort.
This was my first time using Travel Up. I had to change my flight time, I contacted the manager Mr. Anderson for help processing the change. He was very quick to respond and extremely helpful and supportive. I was able to change my flight time which was a big relief. I would definitely use Travel Up again.

Had to book a hotel for two nights in Brighton. The price on TravelUp is cheaper than any other site, 40% cheaper than the hotel’s own website. Unfortunately we had to cancel and TravelUp refunded my credit card (minus the handling fee) within a couple of days. Will definitely use them again.

It is very good. First timer here. The “small admin fee” was a red flag, but I see it’s $7.95 per transaction, so no problem. Don’t like surprises like hidden resort fees.
