I would like to share this feedback with the former Director of the office and also with management. The front desk staff I can’t remember his name. I have booked a room through OYO rooms from 30th to 31st July as I booked the price of 949/- INR and they charged me 1300/- when I asked them about that’s what they told me. Their prices increase and if you order from oyo you have to pay 1300 more and I had no choice. The front office manager came in and they were like they didn’t know and stopped being smart and caring about everything we want when we pay and you get paid as well with my next one. Come on I hope I get a good service and these issues are resolved. Thanks and regards Nizam

I stayed at this hotel from July 11th to July 12th for 2 days. I was surprised at how bad the service was at this hotel, as I have stayed there before. The bed sheets and towels were torn. Despite many requests, damaged bed sheets and towels are replaced with damaged and outdated replacements. Our requests for hot water for drinking were not fulfilled for some reason. The hotel couldn’t provide a good kettle with hot water. Dining room service is expensive. None of the TV channels work except for a few news channels. It needs to be managed very strongly otherwise people will think that the Yatri Nivas are the next step.

Nice place to stay. Room service is very good. The rooms are small but in good condition and have working AC. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and healthy. Its a very nice room and very good food… nice staff… although we thought it was a regular meeting in the travel inn for north Karnataka region.

The guest house is a great place to stay for business or vacation, I recently went to the guest house tour for one of my events where I stayed overnight… the room was very nice and the food was excellent. good… nice staff…. though we thought it was a regular event for north karnataka region tours

This hotel is located on Dharwad Hubli highway, not far from dharwad city, the hotel is well maintained and the view of the lawn from the room balcony is very good. The staff is cooperative and well dressed. We had the problem of the toilet not having a good water supply. they changed the room but same problem.
