We have no policy against people putting towels on their seats. People literally woke up at 5am, took the best seats, and then didn’t use them for hours. So don’t expect to get a nice spot at the pool. Hotel staff should accommodate this, limit time, and remove towels if chairs are not in use.
Only the breakfast was good the whole rest of the experience was a disaster and all the staff look forward to getting additional tips from their guests. do not replace. They don’t give the paper and cheat there.
The AC was leaking continuously even after complaining 2-3 times Finally, we had to move to another room, not just because the AC was leaking even though the toilet was leaking. I did. The entrance does not face the road and normal taxis with GAS cannot enter inside the main gate. After the 2013 outbreak, they seem to have some sort of deal with Russian tourists for cheaper rates, and with most Russian tourists occupying the hotel, it’s good enough for all other tourists. I advise you to stay away from this hotel because they will try to loot it. Money from most of their tourists.
Indoor pool is open from 10 AM to 1 PM. It makes no sense. The property’s taxi does not have to walk to the highway. Our room smells of smoke.

It’s not a luxury vacation.. Sousse has a lot of hotels where you can relax. It would have been fine if the staff had provided better service – they just do the basics and usually don’t smile.
Service was very poor, I requested a crib in the room but did not get one. So no variety in the buffet
The Jaz Tour Khalef is a wonderful experience for everyone. All staff are very professional from the entrance, check-in and facilities. The food in the restaurant is delicious and tasteful. We stayed in a clean and luxurious sea view suite and everything was perfectly set up. A variety of activities available at all times. Great staff on terrace service at night. The swimming pool is very nice and you have access to the beach club.
The restaurant service is unprofessional and the buffet surcharge is too high (3 dinars for 1 coke was not mentioned). The swimming pool tastes bad and burns you. You always need cash to pay extra as it is not possible anywhere to charge at the room or pay later.

The food is great and the pool is very clean. Great location for an evening stroll. Beautiful views of the beach.
The bed had hair in it so I didn’t sleep in the sheets. The cleaner didn’t clean our room because our door was hard to open.
We booked a stay at HB and should have been warned that the hotel primarily serves all-inclusive guests.
