This hotel is just down from Time Square with ample rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers with oodles of shopping. It was a great base for our holiday, and nothing was too far. Subway station, bus, taxi, etc. Amazing restaurants and food nearby too.

Great location. Quick walk to time square, lots of bars and places to eat within walking distance. Right by the Lincoln tunnel. For the location the price is amazing. the room was very clean. Could use some updates but that’s normal. The garage was easy to use. The staff was friendly. Ask the housekeeper for more bathroom items and she is more than happy to provide them. No need to track him down or get in trouble. I would definitely stay here again.
Check out as soon as possible at any hotel. Nice, polite desk staff. The room was big, (compared to others we have stayed in), with 2 double beds, bathroom and wardrobe space. Competitive prices and would definitely stay again. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily, (409). Free safe deposit box at the reception is always available. Safe storage for your bags when you go out. Fine dining is very close and the lively Hells Kitchen scene is just around the corner. Easy access everywhere. All in all, a great place to be in NY.
The hotel room was decent and clean with two queen beds. The staff we met was friendly and close to some things. When we first arrived the stupid reception was rude and we had to pay a 200 dollar security deposit and nothing said that while I emailed them earlier. I had asked by email what other payments there were and there was no mention of security. Also 6 dollars for WiFi every day and keep going in and out.

We do not have a safe in our room or other rooms we rented. If you can get an interior room it will be quieter, but considering you are right on 42nd street and the police station across the street it is pretty quiet except on weekends. Don’t quote me on this but I have read the building and property has been sold, but not sure when it will be converted. The clerk at the desk said good until 12/18,
What is the difference between the “regular” Double Double room and the new option of Deluxe Double Double? There are no details on the hotel’s website, and it comes up only when you check availability. Also, the new type is ~20% more expensive. Is it worth it? Can someone who lived recently comment? We stayed in a double room and it was more than ample and bigger than most of the hotels we reviewed. Don’t know what deluxe is. Enjoy your stay. Good location and nice friendly staff.
Others have answered questions about storing luggage. As far as late check out, only the hotel can answer that question. It depends on how the hotel is booked. Contact the hotel directly and ask. Depending on how late you want to stay, you may have to pay additional fees. If you don’t need to use your room, you can store your luggage and don’t have to worry about late check-in. There are toilet facilities in the garage area.
